2) By sitting in the same position for a couple of hours, your eyesight is affected. Make sure that after every 15 minutes, you look away from the PC, look at the walls or the surroundings and this way your eyes will get a rest away from the screen and the horribly affective light of the screen.
3) Always adjust the position of the monitor in such a way that it is directly in level with your head and neck. You should not look down or look up at the monitor. This way your back, eyes and the neck will not be stressed out.
